We’re looking for a procurement manager to drive strategic sourcing, lead vendor negotiations and support procurement workflows in our Florida office. In this role, you'll get a chance to work with our awesome global teams across finance, legal, and operations.

Your new adventure:
- Lead the sourcing, negotiation and selection process for globally diverse vendors, with a focus on SaaS
- Collaborate with legal to ensure contracts meet company policies and legal standards
- Review and approve purchase orders and contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities without compromising business needs
- Partner with finance to develop and manage procurement budgets
- Track and report on spend and savings to support cost control and compliance
- Work closely with teams like operations, marketing and IT to understand their needs and deliver timely procurement solutions
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations and ethical sourcing practices
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier contracts for audit and reporting purposes
- Analyze and improve procurement workflows in a multi-national environment
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to foster collaboration and performance
- Provide training and regular feedback to support team development
Does this sound like you?
- At least five years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- At least two years in a procurement leadership role
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies and contract management
- Proven ability to lead procurement in a multi-national, geographically dispersed team
- Experience negotiating contracts and building supplier partnerships
- Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems (NetSuite and Coupa are a plus)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- A goal-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
- Great communication skills and openness to feedback
- A bachelor’s degree in business, procurement or a related field
